Writing and assessing business plans, project designs, and the performance of existing operations and projects. This includes biological due diligence, analysis of production plans and underlying assumptions, and financial modelling, as well as competitor analysis and market studies.

Since 2019 we provide the NEOM mega project in Saudi Arabia with strategic advice on aquaculture and fisheries. The latest project is a planned hatchery and growout farm for Red Sea native species.
